At the centre of it all are two London, Ontario guys with different personalities, different perspectives, and one shared love of sports and conversation:

Malcolm “The Milkman” Noel and Scott “The Visionary” Hohn.

Together, they bring sports and life Off the Bench.

Malcolm “The Milkman” Noel

Entrepreneur. Amateur boxer. Community advocate. Sports fanatic.

Born and raised in London, Ontario, Malcolm “The Milkman” Noel has always believed that success means more when you can use it to bring people together.

As the founder of The Milkyway Apparel, Malcolm built his brand around more than clothing. His focus has always been on creating connections, supporting the community, and finding ways to give back to organizations and causes throughout London.

That same mentality eventually helped create Off the Bench London.

Whether he's talking sports, business, boxing, community involvement, or just telling a story that somehow goes completely off the rails, The Milkman isn't afraid to give his perspective.

And when it comes to sports, his loyalties are all over the map.

Growing up in a military background helped shape his discipline, determination, and approach to challenges.

But Scott might be best described by his striker mentality.

When the team needs a goal, you want the ball at his feet.

He brings that same mentality to life—find the opportunity, take the shot, and get the job done.

Scott brings a different perspective to the show that balances The Milkman and creates the back-and-forth that has become part of Off the Bench London.

And here's something you probably wouldn't guess…

The Visionary can bowl.

Not “pretty good at bowling.”

We're talking good enough that you might start wondering whether there was a point in his life when bowling was less of a hobby and more of an obsession.
