Why are you stepping into the Ring?
We all live busy lives — balancing work, family, and daily responsibilities. It’s easy to support important causes in words, but meaningful change happens when we choose to take action.
On May 9th in London, Ontario, I’m making that choice by stepping into the ring for Punch Out MS, a charity boxing event dedicated to raising funds and awareness for Multiple Sclerosis research and support.
As the co-host of Off The Bench – London, a sports and lifestyle podcast based in London, Ontario, I spend a lot of time speaking about competition, discipline, resilience, and showing up when it matters most. This fight is an opportunity to live out those values — to move beyond conversation and lead through action.
At the same time, as the founder of Milkyway Apparel, a London, Ontario-based clothing brand focused on community impact, creativity, and giving back, this initiative aligns directly with our mission: to use our platform to support meaningful causes and create real change.
Multiple Sclerosis is a complex and unpredictable disease that affects mobility, energy levels, vision, and independence. While I have the privilege of choosing to train, prepare, and compete, individuals living with MS face daily challenges without that same choice.
This experience reinforces a core belief behind both Off The Bench London and Milkyway Apparel — that growth, impact, and change only happen when we step outside of our comfort zone and commit to something bigger than ourselves.
This fight represents more than just boxing.
It represents accountability, community, and purpose.
Every training session, every early morning, and every round in the ring is dedicated to raising awareness and contributing to a future with better treatments — and ultimately, a cure.
By supporting this cause, you are not just backing me on fight night — you are joining a larger movement. You are choosing to step off the bench and stand alongside those who face this fight every single day.
Thank you for your support, your belief, and your commitment to making a difference.

Why are you Stepping into the Ring?
Work, family, commitments, and deadlines fill our days, and it’s easy to say we care about important causes while staying on the sidelines. Most of the time, choosing comfort is easier than choosing action.
On May 3rd in London, I’m choosing to make time for something that matters by stepping into the ring for Punch Out MS.
As a co-host of the Off the Bench - London a sports & life podcast, I spend a lot of time talking about competition, resilience, discipline, and showing up when it counts. This fight is about turning those conversations into action — proving that “getting off the bench” isn’t just a saying, it’s a responsibility.
Multiple Sclerosis is unpredictable. It affects mobility, energy, vision, and independence — often without warning. While I get to choose to train, to push myself, and to step into the ring for a few intense rounds, people living with MS don’t get that choice. They’re fighting every single day.
Off the Bench is a mindset. Real change doesn’t happen from the sidelines. It happens when people decide to make time, step forward, and do something uncomfortable for a cause bigger than themselves.
This fight isn’t just about boxing.
It’s about accountability, community, and showing up.
Every workout, every sore muscle, and every round of training is done with purpose — to raise funds and awareness for MS research, support services, and hope for better treatments and, one day, a cure.
By donating, you’re not just supporting me on fight night.
You’re choosing to get off the bench and stand with people who are fighting MS every day.
Thank you for being part of this fight
