Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not offer returns, only store credit.
You have 30 days from purchase to exchange your item for equal value in credit; as long as the item has not been worn, washed, and still in the original packaging. Please fill out the Contact Us form with your inquiry for a return or email to Milkman@milkywayapparel.ca where we will review your request.
Shipping
All orders are made to order. This means that once you place your order, your products are being printed - just for you! Our printing process normally takes 3-5 business days. This means that your item is shipped within 3-7 business days from purchase and should arrive within 14 business days. If any issues with shipping occurs we will refund the shipping expenses.
